I can’t play a piano, but I can play a CD.
After 40 some odd years, I guess I should accept the fact that I am not going to be an accomplished pianist. However, there is some incredible music out there. Music is such an incredible tool to soothe us, entertain us and lead us to a deeper relationship with God.
I use a lot of accompaniment CDs when I lead singing in Sunday School classes, vacation bible school sessions and retreats. I enjoy a wide variety of music: Nicole C. Mullen (Redeemer), Mary, Mary (Shackles), Michael W. Smith (You Are Holy), Mercy Me (Word of God, Speak), CeCe Winans (Eye on the Sparrow), and David Phillips (Here I am Lord).
